I loved the fast Wi-Fi and the beautiful lounge area. The supermarket nearby made it super convenient for snacks. Our room was always perfectly cleaned, and the water and coffee amenities were a nice touch. Plus, being so close to the subway was a huge bonus 😊

Super-friendly and excellent staff and the place was clean. My single room with very comfortable bed, all the amenities one's usually expect plus a good desk was spotlessly clean. The location was marvellous and excellent - very close to major attractions and train stations.

Comfortable room, attentive service, particularly impressed by the front desk staff were pretty good to retrieve a forgotten item for us, along with convenient transportation access just a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Nagahori station.

The lobby felt inviting and was great, often resembling a cozy coffee shop. While the location provided quick access to Dotonbori, the nearby dining options should be more varied, as the supermarket next door reminded me of the primary choice. The service was commendable with staff who went out of their way to assist us, especially with luggage handling.

Perfect spot for a quiet stay!

This place is super close to the metro, just 2 stops from Namba! The staff couldn't be friendlier. Our room was always super clean and comfy. Although there aren't many restaurant options near the hotel, the Oasis store next door has yummy food at great prices. The only thing is the room was a bit on the small side for our taste.
